It is increasingly important to anticipate and diagnose the animal infectious diseases caused by numerous microorganisms in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases not only among animals but also to people living in close vicinity. A recent example of animal disease was the Q Fever in ruminant and humans caused by Coxiella Burnetii. Consequently early diagnostics of infectious diseases in animals could be highly beneficial to the society as a whole. On the one hand it helps in improving the health and the general welfare of animals by treating at the disease’s onset stage. This has a positive impact on food safety and availability (milk, meat, eggs, ...). On the other hand early diagnostics contribute to protect the human populations from harmful foodborne pathogens (e.g. Salmonella) and zoonoses (e.g. Rabies).
